At LayMadeIt by Lay Simone, every piece is made with intention and care. Refunds are available on eligible purchases within a fair timeframe and under specific conditions. My goal is always honesty, clarity, and good energy in every transaction.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are approved only for:

    •    Items that arrive damaged or defective

    •    Orders canceled before production begins

    •    Packages lost in verified transit

To request a refund, email contact@thelaysimone.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos (if applicable), and a short note describing the issue.

Once approved, you’ll receive confirmation with refund details.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

    •    Custom artwork or commissions

    •    Digital downloads or files

    •    Gift cards

    •    Items marked as final sale

Because these products are made-to-order or digital in nature, all sales are considered final unless there is a verified defect.

Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

    •    It will be processed within 5–10 business days

    •    Funds will return to your original payment method

    •    You’ll receive an email confirmation once it’s complete

Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

    1.    Check your payment account again

    2.    Contact your card provider — it may take time to post

    3.    If it’s still missing, email contact@thelaysimone.com for help

Exchanges

If your item is damaged or defective, you can choose a replacement or a refund once your claim is approved.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before production or shipping begins.

After that, all orders move into fulfillment and cannot be canceled.
