Processing Time

Every order from LayMadeIt by Lay Simone is made with care.

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships.

Original paintings or made-to-order items may take a bit longer depending on size, detail, or current demand. During new drops or peak seasons, processing times may extend slightly — but I’ll always keep you updated by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the carrier’s rates.

Estimated delivery times:

    •    United States: 3–7 business days after processing

    •    International: 7–21 business days depending on customs and destination

You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Domestic & International Shipping

I ship worldwide through trusted carriers.

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes once the package reaches your country. These fees are not included in the order total.

If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, email layxsimone@gmail.com and I’ll do my best to make it available.

Tracking Orders

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details.

If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 days after purchase, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

After an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the postal service.

If your order appears lost or stolen, email layxsimone@gmail.com with your order number — I’ll help you track it down or file a claim.

Please check individual product listings for expected shipping dates, as they may take longer than standard orders.

If you need to update your address, contact me within 24 hours of placing your order at layxsimone@gmail.com.

Once your order ships, address changes can’t be guaranteed and may require an additional shipping fee.
